Autumn 2024 Update: More powerful filters, a new plan and improvements !
Dear Toldies, the Told team continues to work hard to provide you with the best experience on our tool. The Autumn 2024 update has already been deployed and brings several optimizations.
React Native (bêta)
React Native SDK added: Told now integrates with React Native apps in addition to Android and iOS apps. You can now choose to integrate it by selecting the mobile-app source.
Filters are updated
Filters get a facelift, with optimized responsiveness and the ability to filter by hidden fields.
New Expert plan and trial version update
The expert plan makes its appearance in pricing. From now on, you can try Told free of charge and without a credit card for 14 days. You'll gain access to the Expert Plan's features, so you can exploit the tool's full potential. Once your trial is over, you can subscribe to an offer or switch to the free plan. Customers who subscribed before the price update will see no change in their current pricing.
You can see the URL where your respondent comes from
Your report now contains a new column in the “table” section. You can see which contact point the person responded to your survey.
This is useful when:
A single survey is displayed on all the article pages of a blog, for example.
When you have a survey that displays after a given time on a website
When the survey is triggered by a dynamic url

Summer update: New experience, dynamic redirections and much more!
☀️ The Summer update is out! After several weeks of work, we please to announce the refresh of Told! This update improve the user experience in the tool, allows you to create a dynamics redirections. She also contains updates over the reports.
New navigation and redesigned tool experience
Our super developers have rolled out the new Told! interface. It has been designed to give you even greater control over the configuration and management of your survey. Use the quick features to save (even) more time, and let the step-by-step navigation guide you, without the risk of getting lost!
Your reports are now available on mobile
Take Told with you wherever you go and consult your survey reports at a glance from your smartphone! Reports now have a mobile version. To use it, log in from your mobile browser with your usual logins.
Updates for conditions
You can now redirect your respondents to external links based on their responses. This new feature opens up a world of possibilities for personalizing and refining your surveys. Use your visitors' responses to automatically redirect them to targeted pages, optimizing their user experience. Many of you have asked for this, and it's now done: you can go back on the conditions you've created without having to start all over again.
Bonus: New website under deployment
We are pleased to announce that the deployment of the new website is underway! Many changes are still to come over the coming weeks. We hope you enjoy this version. We've designed it to make our products clearer and easier to understand!
Told is now available in emails !
The Told team is pleased to announce that you can now conduct email surveys with our tool! 🥳
You can set up and deploy Told to collect your metrics data directly in an email in just a few clicks. It works with major email clients like Brevo, Mailchimp or Customer.io (and many others).
Start by creating your told, adding your questions and copying and pasting the code snippet provided by Told into your email tool. Don't forget to publish your survey - it's that simple!
With this new feature you can :

New CSAT chart and a new way to manage your environments
New CSAT Chart
We now calculate CSAT. When you add a rating question, please tell us if you want to calculate a CSAT, and you will see a new CSAT chart in your report. This feature aims to make data more accessible and understandable for everyone in your team. CSAT is something well-known by teams and recognizable. It’s now easier to share ;-)
Tag your sources
To remind you, a “source” is the source of feedback. It can be your website, saas, app… As many of you want to test Told in “staging,” “pre-production,” and “local,” we give you the opportunity to tag your source for a better visual organization. It is simple, but sometimes, it can help everyone on the team to have a clearer view.

You loved the feature that lets you translate your survey into several languages in no-code. With this update, we're going one step further, and introducing AI, which will enable you to automatically translate your survey in a matter of seconds.
Automatic generation of the Net Promoter Score question
We noticed that a lot of you were using the Net Promoter Score question, and that you were wasting time each time copying and pasting your question. From now on, when you add an NPS question to your survey, it will already be filled in with the question.
Improved hiddens fields to make them even more hidden
Before, when you send a survey via a link with hiddens fields, the respondent can access them in the URL. From now on, hiddens fields are automatically removed from the URL and therefore not visible.
October update - A survey like no other
You loved the feature that lets you translate your survey into several languages in no-code. With this update, we're going one step further, and introducing AI, which will enable you to automatically translate your survey in a matter of seconds.
The widget adapts to the content of your questions
Thanks to resize according to question content, told occupies the space perfectly. The animation between the question sizes adds movement and immerses the respondent in a living experience.
If you use an image or gif on your survey, it remains fixed so that it is always visible.
Each animation has been reworked in detail
By reworking the animation of the widget's appearance and the animation between question changes, we've made the response experience much smoother.
The respondent has the impression of answering faster, and so your response rate improves considerably.
As you can see, Told is even more powerful, more fluid and more stylish than before. Designed for those with a design sensibility, Told doesn't destroy your product's image, it enhances it.
